• An experienced Media Relations consultant with 15 years experience of working for large companies and for the past five years in the charity sector. Working on both campaigns/corporate affairs/science/fundraising/retail and all in busy press offices, actively promoting the policies and developments of the organisation. Writing news and features as well as delivering over 300 interviews on radio and television on a range of subjects, including crisis management.

• A former newspaper journalist with experience of wide-ranging issues and solid media relationships. Able to write quickly and decisively.

I have freelanced for businesses including, the charity sector for five years, public sector departments, the automotive industry, Food and FMCG.

I am a former newspaper journalist with over ten years experience telling the news. I have worked in the PR industry for over a decade now and have a successful track record delivering and implementing a wide range of PR campaigns.
My day-to-day work involves face to face contact with journalists from daily newspapers to radio, television and documentary researchers, all who are looking for a story to give to their readers or listeners.
