As a Specialist I am giving my services to Cisco TAC project in HCL Comnet.
I am working in this project as a level-2 LAN/WAN TAC engineer. Apart from it, I have designed and made TAC Data Center (which is basically a Cisco TAC lab where we have almost 70 racks, used to recreate customer problem in lab and troubleshoot it.) |
