In this assignment I carried out a half day consultancy with the Sales & Administration, Marketing, Operations and Senior Management Team to establish what was required, learn about the processes being sold and establish what processes are presently in place. I designed a training course and delivered coaching sessions for a new lead generator, sales and operations team.

I have carried out a full marketing consultancy with the owners, created full working practices and recruited and implemented staff. I have organised training and trained staff. I have drafted, written and distributed press releases and been involved in lead generation and research at a hands on level.
