Network Freelance Privacy Policy

We've written this Privacy Policy document to inform you of how we manage and use the information which you provide us with. This could be information you submit when you register as a new member, or simply as a visitor of the website. This Privacy Policy is included in our Terms of Service and by agreeing to our Terms of Service you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Network Freelance respects your privacy and will only collect what information we need to provide you with the level of service we are striving to achieve. The information we collect may be personal, and include such things as your name, email address, employment history, education details, qualifications (and other information which can be linked to you). We will keep this information private and will not supply your personal information to any 3rd party unless required to by law, or through your consent when asked.

When we conduct our online polls we will collect information which helps us get a better understanding of our membership demographics. By knowing better what our members think and knowing better who our members are, we aim to provide a better service. Information collected in our surveys is anonymous and not linked in any way to members' personal information.

If you ever submit a friend's email address to us, for us to contact them and inform them of our services, we promise to only contact them once for the sole purpose outlined above. You can opt out of any of the Network Freelance emails we send to inform you of news and information. Just let us know that you'd rather not get them and we'll do the rest.

If for any reason you decide to leave Network Freelance we will update our database which stores your records to reflect this. You may recieve emails while we are processing the cancellation of your membership, but as soon our databases have been updated you will no longer recieve correspondence from us. Your personal information may remain on our archived databases and records after you leave our site, but will be kept in accordance with this policy.

We may amend or update any of our Policies, including this Privacy Policy, at any time in the future. Changes will be made public on our Terms and Conditions page and if you continue to use the site then you accept the new Terms and Conditions.
