Make a Payment... what's it all about?
In a world where costs are going up and value is going down -
we're here to offer a new way of working. With Network Freelance
you really do get what you pay for. Networkfreelance.co.uk, the
UK’s leading online PR and Marketing freelance community,
is taking the unusual step of inviting employers to pay what
they feel is a fair price for the freelance professionals they
recruit from the site.
We're the UK's first recruitment service where the employer
decides on how much, or how little to pay. Our site invites
employers who find a freelancer to leave a fair payment for the
service they feel the site has delivered.
So if employers don't manage to find a freelancer for their
business, they don't pay us a penny. What we do ask is that
employers pay what they feel is a reasonable price for
recruiting Network Freelance's community members. As a business
it's a unique service which is now matched to a payment system
that is similarly unique.
Networkfreelance.co.uk has hundreds of freelancers who register
for free to use the site, benefiting from the online community,
forum, blog, newsfeeds and other elements, including
recruitment, designed to support freelance professionals.
As a guide, we recommend if an employer rates the service 10 out of 10, they should
leave £100, if they rate it 5 out of 10, then they should leave £50. These figures
are meant purely as a guide as payment is completely discretionary
So if you're an employer - with Network Freelance you can speak
with your wallet. It will always be a challenge to run an online
community like this, but we'll stand by our vision in having a
pay-what-you-feel fee structure for recruitment.
