We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketer who can provide leadership to a Marketing committee within a co-operative arrangement of 170 home based management consultants. The successful candidate will be charged with leading, motivating and monitoring the committee members whilst managing the external PR agency currently engaged.
It is expected that the wider strategy of the marketing committee will need further refinement prior to final implementation of plans. The successful candidate will work alongside a full time marketing co-ordinator.
Over the 12 month engagement the marketing manager is expected to provide guidance and mentoring to the marketing co-ordinator to ensure her development in the role.
