We're looking for a Policy Manager to join our dynamic team on a fixed term contract to drive policy development across the charity.

You will be responsible for leading the external environment scanning service, informing strategic decision making, identifying and analysing policy issues and recommending appropriate actions that will maintain the position as a leading charity in the UK.

You will need proven experience researching and developing policy and knowledge of the UK voluntary sector and the key issues it faces. We're looking for someone who will push for the best at all times and be enthusiastic about achieving results in the right way. You should have excellent communication skills and possess the ability to present information to a wide range of individuals and audiences. It is essential you can manage your own workload, develop your team and meet deadlines.

Please note this is a fixed term contract for one year, covering maternity leave.
