Need an experienced writer to write several short guides on various aspects of English residential property law (e.g. freeholds and buying and selling residential properties and residential leases).
These guides are to cover property in England and Wales (the convenyancing regime is different in Scotland and Northern Ireland).
This is for a new website which will advise on residential property matters so copyright will need to be assigned over.
Competitive bids would be appreciated as the website and these articles will be funded from my savings!
The guides should be concise and easy to understand for the average person. Obviously, please avoid plagiarism.
The guides required are:
1. Buying freehold (residential) property - this should look at all the main issues a buyer should consider
2. Selling freehold (residential) property - issues a seller should consider
3. Buying a flat - issues buyer should consider. As well as mentioning leasehold, this should cover commonhold and share of freehold.
4. Selling a flat
5. Renting a flat (for tenants)
6. Renting a flat (for landlords)
7. Getting a lodger
There is likely to be additional work but please just provide a quote for the above and very brief proposal as to how you would do the work.
Samples of previous work should be provided together with (preferably) references. It's only so I can get an idea of technical writing ability and to make sure you have a good idea of what I am looking for.
Thank you.

The scope of these articles will obviously depend on the target readership - and that will make a big difference to the time, the complexity, and therefore the cost. Can you please provide some guidance?
