MyVelo Cycles is a start-up business that will sell personalised bicycles in the UK and Europe.
PR is an essential part of our launch strategy and we require the services of an experienced PR specialist to plan and execute the PR strategy.
You must have experience of consumer and lifestyle products/companies.

MyVelo is an exciting new and unique concept that allows a customer to personalise their bike.
Somewhat surprisingly, currently you can only buy a bike in the colour it comes in. You have NO CHOICE. You cannot for example choose colours and personalise your bike in the way you can when buying a new car.

MyVelo will change this. For the first time customers will have a choice and be able to personalise their bike just as they can a car.

Customers will be able to choose colours for various components. The bike will then be 'made to order' and will be delivered ready to ride in 2-3 weeks. All this for £375 including delivery.

Sales will be primarily through the website but we will also have a showroom where customers can visit, design their own bike and have it Ready-to-Ride in 1 hour.

Phase 1 - Consumer launch in April
