We launched a novel approach to recruitment and have specifically applied it to professional appointments in commercial property (real estate) and construction.
We need to get the story out to two constituencies - professionals in UK property and construction and also specifically those in HR / senior management responsible for recruitment in property and construction.
We want to work with a PR professional who can help us to create the angles and sell in the stories to heavyweight mainly conventional media - we want to be very targetted in this assignment really only interested in:
Estates Gazette
Property Week
Building
Financial Times
Times / Sunday Times
Telegraph
BBC
We want to work with someone who has energy and genuine good existing relationships with the decision makers in at least some of these media. We ARE NOT looking for just a press release writer / distributor.
As a recent startup we don't have money to burn and don't want to make lengthy or open ended committments. If you can get our story appropriately placed in these media then we will want to employ you more.
Responses with specific (maybe not fully worked up) angles / suggestions and those with a bit of value added are most likely to get a positive response at our end.

Hello, I have experience of targeting and hitting all these publications in my last in-house role, but please can you let me know whether this role can be carried out remotely and what sort of time (days) have you in mind?
Thanks

Yes I certainly see this as a remote working activity. Days committment is a bit more difficult to define - maybe in the region of 2-3 days per month for 3 months? If you can convince me that that level of activity is justified.

Thanks for that, it sounds great. To help me suggest story angles in my application are you able to give me an idea what the novel approach is that you mention in your outline?
