Are you proposing that one PR carries out all work for the 27 countries, or are you looking for several consultants?

This product is in the footwear sector .
we would be seeking one consultant for uk
2 consultants for the 27 eu member states
we require a freelancer with broader skills and experience in the different communications sectors (eg b2b, trade, etc) and media (TV, online, podcasts etc) with the ability to take a more global overview of our brand and achieve better results for doing so - more "thinking outside the box" - looking at something from a completely different angle.
we would be launching in uk usa europe and australia in the year 2010
